Mentorlük programımızda katılımcılar, kariyer gelişimlerinin sağlanması, uygulama ve yönetim becerilerinin geliştirilmesi, gelişime açık yönlerinin güçlendirilmesi ve geliştirilmesi gibi birçok konuda fayda sağlayacaklardır. Ayrıca mentorlük uygulaması, bireysel çaba, birlikte öğrenme, paylaşım ve fikir birliği için de önemli bir fırsattır.
Kariyer yönetimi çalışmaları kapsamında, deneyimli bir kişinin (mentor) bilgi ve deneyimini, diğer bir kişiye (mentee-danışan) aktardığı, ona örnek olduğu, kendi kararlarını bilinçli olarak vermesini teşvik ettiği ve gelişim ilişkisi kurduğu bu süreçte Mentorlük programının etkisi büyüktür. İş hayatında mentorlük süreci her çalışana uygulanabileceği gibi, işe yeni başlayanlara veya yeni bir sorumluluk / terfi üstlenen kişilere daha sık uygulanmaktadır.
