Adım 4

  • 1 günlük bir takım koçluğu workshop’unun yapılması.
  • İhtiyaç analizinde elde edilen verilere yönelik örnek gündem sunularak mutabakat sağlanması gerçekleştirilecektir.
  • 4 hafta sonra takım koçluğu kapsamında (kurum tarafından istenilir ise) yarım günlük takip workshop  uygulamasının yapılması.

Adım 5

  • Takımın gelişimini görebilmek ve bu farkındalığı takım üyelerinin kendisi için de sağlamak üzere ölçümün yeniden uygulanması.

İlk tanışma toplantısından sonra kaç seans ilerleneceğini, seanslarda neler görüşüleceği, hangi yöntemlerin kullanılacağını paylaşıyor ve size özel bir program hazırlıyoruz. Seanslar içerisinde farklı bir gündem konusu oluşur ise de programın içerisinde siz talep ettiğiniz sürece yer veriyoruz. Seanslar içerisinde ara ara gelişim gözden geçirme ve değerlendirmeler yapılmaktadır. Tüm seansların tamamlanması akabinde ise; alınan tüm kararlar, aksiyonlar ve davranışsal olarak hayata geçirme planları üzerinden geçilerek kariyer yol haritası üzerinde mutabık kalınmaktadır.
